Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the products. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. This recipe uses fatty homemade sour cream. You also need to prepare a baking dish and spread it with parchment paper or foil. Turn on the oven, select a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 2:
In a plate for kneading dough, crack a raw chicken egg. It can be beaten both with a mixer and manually with a whisk. The main thing is to achieve uniformity, that is, to combine the protein with the yolk.
Step 3:
Put a glass of sour cream in a plate with an egg, add a small amount of salt. Mix the products with a spoon.
Step 4:
Pour the baking powder and sugar into the main consistency. Stir the contents until smooth. Sugar dissolves quickly in sour cream. I would like to note that baking soda should be added immediately with sour cream so that it is extinguished.
Step 5:
Sift wheat flour through a sieve. 1-2 tablespoons should be added to the dough and stir until smooth.
Step 6:
It turns out an airy, thick and tender dough. Put it in the prepared form. You can bake a pie in a silicone mold, then you won't need baking paper.
Step 7:
Sour cream pie is baked for approximately 25-30 minutes. And in order for it to brown well, you need to leave it with the fire off for 5-10 minutes. Remove the paper, put the pie on a plate. Cut the pie into pieces and serve with tea. Enjoy your meal!
The pie turns out to be hearty and tender, it can be decorated with powdered sugar or served with condensed milk. The sour cream pie recipe helps out a lot when guests come any minute. The dough is kneaded quickly, and the cake is not baked for too long, so a delicious tea party will not take long to wait.
