Cooking method
1. Rub the softened butter with eggs and sugar.
2. Add sour cream, soda, vanilla sugar, continue to grind.
3. Sift the flour, pour it out to the rest of the ingredients, mix.
4. Turn on the oven to warm up, the temperature is 190 degrees Celsius.
5. Roll out the dough into a layer half a centimeter thick.
6. Sprinkle the layer with sugar and roll it lightly with a rolling pin.
7. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
8. Cut out cookies from the dough with curly molds. If you don't have them, you can just cut out round cookies with a glass or cut the dough into squares.
9. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven, bake for 20 minutes (until browned at the edges).
