Step 2:
For minced meat, cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Cut onion into cubes.

Mix the onion and potatoes with the finished ground beef. Salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5:
Prepare the dough. Add baking powder, salt and sugar to the flour. Mix everything well. Add margarine and sour cream.
Step 6:
If the mixture is dry, pour in some more milk.
Step 7:
Knead a heavy bun.
Step 8:
Roll out the dough, about 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
Step 9:
We put the dough in a baking dish. My form is 22 cm in diameter. We spread the dough so that the dough hangs over the sides.
Step 10:
We put minced meat in the dough.
Step 11:
Pinch the edges, leaving a hole in the center. The edges are pinched as if "into the overlay", forming scaladochki.
Step 12:
Grease the top of the pie with beaten egg.
Step 13:
Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Step 14:
Remove from the oven and serve hot to the table.
Step 15:
The pie turns out very juicy.
