Step 1:
DOUGH: Put yeast and sugar in warm milk, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2:
Eggs, butter at room temperature, vanilla sugar, salt - beat everything together.
Step 3:
Add flour, mix.
Step 4:
Pour milk with yeast, mix.
Step 5:
The dough should be soft and sticky.
Step 6:
Cover the dough with a film and leave for half an hour.
Step 7:
Cover the form with parchment, lay out the dough and leave for half an hour.
Step 8:
CRUMB: grind cold butter with sugar and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 9:
PIE: dip your finger in vegetable oil and make depressions in the dough.
Step 10:
Sprinkle the pie with crumbs and bake for half an hour in the oven, preheated to 180 C.
Step 11:
Take the pie out of the oven, pour cream and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 12:
Cool the pie a little and serve. Bon appetit!
