Step 1:
This recipe, in which I will tell you how to cook pasta with spinach in cream sauce, is nothing complicated. All the ingredients necessary for cooking are easy to find in a good store at any time of the year.
Step 2:
So, we cut the washed mushrooms into thin plates. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We defrost the spinach - I already have it cut into pieces.
Step 3:
Melt butter in a frying pan. Spread the onion and fry it while stirring over medium heat until soft.
Step 4:
Add the mushrooms to the onion, mix and fry a little more.
Step 5:
When the mixture is almost ready, add the chopped spinach and wait until it softens slightly.
Step 6:
At this moment, pour the cream and mix thoroughly all the resulting mixture.
Step 7:
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 8:
Add salt and pepper to your taste - I like it sharper. At the end, add the cheese. After thoroughly mixing everything, leave the sauce to infuse under a closed lid.
Step 9:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, following the instructions on the package. It is important not to digest. Then we throw it into a colander and rinse, let the water drain. You can use spaghetti from durum wheat.
Step 10:
Mix spaghetti with sauce just before eating. Enjoy your meal!
