In order to cook delicious and original;
lean apple pie
it is not necessary to leaf through thick cookbooks. It is enough to go to this page and read the recipe I have proposed. The pie is perfect for different diets or even for Christian fasting. There is not a single piece of butter and not a single egg in it.
First you need to sift the flour with a slide and mix it with sugar, salt. In the center, make a recess and fill it with water from the refrigerator and vegetable oil.
Carefully knead the dough and divide it into two parts, one of which should be slightly larger. Wrap both in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Prepare the filling: peeled apples (from the peel) cut into slices. Add sugar and cinnamon to the flour. Pour all this into the apples and mix.
Put the larger half of the dough into the prepared mold, stretch it with your hands and make the sides. Put the filling on top. And close the second half of the dough, pinching the edges.
Bake for about an hour at 180 gr. That's all lean apple pie is ready.
