Grated jam pie on shortbread dough

An extremely simple and delicious cake for a family tea party! Girls, I recently signed up for cooking courses for young housewives and now I'm creating, creating and creating! The husband is blissful and slowly getting fat. And I feel proud of my own culinary successes. At the moment, my favorite recipe is grated jam pie. I will be happy to share it with you.

Preparing shortbread dough. Rub the eggs with sugar, add the melted margarine and flour. Pre-add baking soda to the flour so that it is evenly distributed. Knead the dough and roll it out, it should not be sticky, otherwise add a little more flour.

Cut the dough in half. One half will go to the base, the second will cover the filling, it must be divided into parts and sent to the freezer for 40 minutes.

Roll out the first half of the dough with a thickness of 1 cm and spread it on a baking sheet, distribute a thin layer of thick jam. From the freezer we take out what we have hidden, that is, the second part of the dough and put it on a coarse grater, evenly covering the filling.

Well, then we send the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake the pie at 180 degrees. Yes, we also drive away relatives from the stove, who are trying to stick their curious nose into it.
The browned pie can be taken out and cut into portions.
