Step 1:

Gradually pouring 300 gr. flour, keep stirring. Then we scatter the remaining flour in a pile on the table, spread the resulting dough and continue to knead the dough until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
Step 5:
Divide the resulting mass into 6 parts. We roll 6 balls out of them, put them on a plate and put them in the freezer for an hour.
Step 6:
After an hour, we take out one ball and three on a coarse grater, Lubricate the baking sheet with sunflower oil or put parchment. Spread the resulting flagella of text in one layer on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees. When the bottom layer of the dough began to brown and became light brown, turn the white side down, and bake the dough for another 5-7 minutes. It turns out two baking sheets.
Step 7:
While the dough is baking, we prepare the cream.It is better to take boiled condensed milk, so as not to waste time cooking ordinary (we will make it easier for ourselves and save time).

Mix the butter with boiled condensed milk.

Add sour cream and mix everything well until smooth. Sour cream makes the cream not so viscous.
Step 10:
Remove the cookies and let them cool.
Step 11:
When the cookies have cooled down, we break it with a mortar, but not to dust, but to make small pieces no more than a centimeter.
Step 12:
Mix the resulting sand mass with the cream.
Step 13:
We put it on a dish in the form of a slide. Create an imitation of ants by decorating the cake with powder or poppy seeds.
