Step 1:
To make sandwiches, cut suitable pieces of gray or black bread.
Step 2:
Heat a frying pan on the stove, adding 100 grams of olive oil to it and evenly distributing it with a brush.
Step 3:
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, we have "Parmesan".
Step 4:
Grate a medium-sized cucumber on a fine grater.
Step 5:
Drain the resulting cucumber juice from the bowl.
Step 6:
In a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoons of soy sauce to the grated cucumber.
Step 7:
Add also 2 tbsp sour cream.
Step 8:
Add 6 pieces of king prawns and pepper mixture to taste.
Step 9:
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Step 10:
We put two slices of bread in a hot frying pan and fry it well on both sides.
Step 11:
Finely chop the cilantro sprigs.
Step 12:
Adding chopped cilantro to the total container, mix thoroughly.
Step 13:
Toasted bread pieces rub with a clove of garlic.
Step 14:
We spread the grated cheese on pieces of bread.
Step 15:
Spread the prepared mixture of cucumber, greens and shrimp on top of the cheese.
Step 16:
