Cooking method
1.Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
2.Break the chocolate into pieces, and melt together with the butter in a water bath (it is impossible for the bottom of the pan to touch boiling water)Cool everything to room temperature.
3.Beat eggs with sugar white.
4.Pour in the cooled chocolate and mix gently.(We don't use a mixer!)
5.Separately mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa, vanilla and chopped nuts.
6. And now you need to mix the flour with the egg-chocolate mixture.
7.Mix everything with a spatula until smooth, and pour into a form covered with parchment.
8.Put in the preheated oven for 25 minutes .It's not worth it any longer, otherwise the brownie will be baked and lose its charm, in the form of a moist middle and a delicate crispy crust.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool, cut into portions. You can eat brownies in a warm kind. But in cold it is even tastier !!!
