Step 1:
Beat eggs with a mixer. Add vegetable oil, melted butter, vanilla extract, white sugar and brown sugar and half a portion of flour (125 gr). Mix everything well with a mixer at medium speed.
Step 2:
Add the remaining flour (125 g), cinnamon, salt, yeast. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
Step 3:
Add walnuts, raisins and cocoa to the dough. Mix the dough with a spatula.
Step 4:
Take two molds of the same size and lubricate them with vegetable oil. Then distribute the dough into two forms so that the amount of dough is the same in both forms. Put it to bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat the butter, add powdered sugar to it and beat again with a mixer.
Step 6:
Add cream cheese and mix again until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Put the cream in the refrigerator and let it brew for 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Remove the molds from the oven. Let cool. Then cut the cake in half.
Step 8:
Spread the cream on one of the cake halves with a spatula.
Step 9:
Cover the second half of the cake. Decorate the top of the cake with the remaining cream using a pastry bag.
Step 10:
Sprinkle the cake with ground cinnamon and put the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. It turned out to be a beautiful and delicious cake with walnuts and raisins. Similarly, you can decorate the second part of the cake. But the cake itself turns out delicious and without decorating with cream. Enjoy your meal!
