Peel the onion, cut into half rings.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft.

Salmon fillet cut into medium pieces.

Cut the peeled potatoes into circles or semicircles.
Step 6:
Combine potatoes, fish, fried onions. Add salt and spices to taste. You can use spices, I took dried basil. Sprinkle everything with vegetable oil. Gently mix.
Step 7:
We put the resulting mass in a baking dish.
Step 8:
For the sauce, we dilute the flour in a small amount of cream, add finely chopped herbs, the rest of the cream and mix.
Step 9:
Pour the sauce over the fish and potatoes. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, sprinkle the casserole on top with it. We close the form with foil.
Step 10:
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees. 30-35 minutes until ready. We serve fish casserole hot with vegetable salad.
I took a pre-prepared salmon fillet. If a whole fish is used, it must be washed, cleaned of entrails, skin and bones.
