Cooking method
For cakes:
1. Beat eggs with sugar into a foam;
2. Add sour cream, condensed milk, chocolate and cocoa melted in a water bath. Beat again.
3. Mix flour, vanilla and baking powder, sift. Add to the dough and mix with a spoon (not a mixer).
4. Bake 2 cakes at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Check the readiness of each cake with a match.
For cream:
1.Grind the yolks with sugar and flour. The mixture will turn out lumpy, not liquid.
2. Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan with thick walls.
3.Pour half of the hot milk into the egg mixture and beat quickly so that there are no lumps.
4.Combine the milk-egg mixture with the remaining milk, add the chocolate and continue to heat over low heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture begins to thicken, add cocoa, continue stirring until the desired cream density.
Divide each cake in half and smear with cream.
