Beat eggs, vanilla and baking powder with a fork, add condensed milk and flour, mix until smooth and let stand for 10 minutes. On the parchment we draw a marking of the desired diameter, spread the dough thinly along the contour of the marking (1-2 tbsp.l.) put in the oven for 5-7 minutes, depending on the oven, maybe longer. If the edges of the cake have become beige, the cake is ready. The cakes cool down quickly, you can collect the cake immediately after baking.
Whipping cream, gradually adding powdered sugar.
For the interlayer, you can use fresh fruit, in my cake I took mango-peach puree with gelatin.
