Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Get the semi-finished pizza out of the freezer in the evening, put it in the refrigerator. By morning, the dough will defrost. Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Put the dough on a baking sheet, on a baking mat / or simply lubricate with vegetable oil /. Cover the top with a towel and leave for proofing while we prepare the filling.
Step 3:
Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and ham. In a bowl, stir 1 tbsp ketchup and mayonnaise, a little fresh or dry herbs, if you like dry garlic.
Step 4:
Grease the dough with the prepared sauce.
Step 5:
Sprinkle with onion.
Step 6:
Randomly arrange the ham.
Step 7:
Top layer of tomatoes.
Step 8:
Tomatoes can be salted or slightly greased with sauce.
Step 9:
Rub the cheese directly on top of the pizza.
Step 10:
Immediately bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 18-20 minutes, on the middle tier. As soon as the edges and bottom are browned, the pizza is ready. Bon appetit !
