Cooking method
1. Before cooking, the turkey must be marinated. to do this, prepare the sauce — mix the juice squeezed from lemon with soy sauce, sunflower oil and black pepper. If you like food sharper, then you can increase the amount of spices, for example, add an additional red hot pepper.
2. Turkey drumsticks must be washed, then put in a container and pour marinade. It is advisable for the turkey to stand for at least half an hour. At the same time, the shins need to be turned over periodically so that they are more evenly pickled.
3. We put the pickled meat on foil, and it is better to cut off a larger piece in order to wrap the bird as tightly as possible. Pinch the edges, creating a semblance of a shape with sides and pour the marinade into it. After that, we completely close the "envelope" and put it in the oven.
4.The meat should be baked for 2 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees. The finished turkey is carefully removed from the foil, the remaining broth can be poured over the side dish, for example, rice.
