Preheat the oven to 200°. We put each egg in a cake pan and sprinkle with spices, it can be salt and pepper or vegeta. I use separate silicone molds, they do not need to be lubricated with anything and it is convenient to get them. We put the molds in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut the sausage and tomato into cubes, and fry. I also add a little black pepper and herbs. Fry until the sausage is ruddy. We serve the finished dish decorated with cheese. Very tasty! Bon appetit)
