Cookies for a wonderful dessert are prepared quite simply.
1. Carefully separate the yolks from the proteins in different containers. Whisk the proteins with half the sugar with a clean, dry whisk or mixer until a thick foam. The yolks are also whipped with the remaining sugar until a dense foam.
2. Carefully mix and add the sifted flour.
3. We put it in a pastry bag and squeeze it into the shape of a sausage. Bake at 180 degrees for no more than 10 minutes.
