Cooking method
Defrost the dough, divide it into equal parts (about 8), roll out each part into a thin cake, giving it a square shape.
Three cheese on a grater, put it in a bowl, add cottage cheese to it, break the egg, salt. Mix the mass with a spoon, spread the filling on the rolled squares, pinch the edges to make envelopes.
We line the baking sheet with parchment and spread khachapuri on it, greasing each
of them with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
We serve ready-made khachapuri to the table hot.
