Cooking method
Meat should be a young animal. We remove excess fat, films, veins. To make it easier to cut, you need to freeze the meat a little in the freezer. But if it didn't turn out to be thinly sliced, you can slightly beat it off with a wooden hammer, covering the meat with a film. Put the future chips in an enameled dish.
In a bowl, mix curry, coriander, sugar. Squeeze out the garlic with a press and pour in the soy sauce, mix and add lemon juice. In this marinade, dip the meat pieces and put them on the grill.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a grill with chips on a baking sheet. Chips are cooked over low heat for up to 1 hour. The time depends on how thinly sliced the meat is.
