Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Bacon (lard) cut into slices and fry until golden brown. Add sausage cubes, onion half rings and mushroom slices to the melted bacon. Fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Then add cubes of boiled potatoes, peas and separately fried bell pepper to the pan. Add salt, pepper and warm up slightly.
Step 3:
Pour the beaten eggs into another frying pan with melted butter. Put the cooked mass of vegetables on them.
Step 4:
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, chopped herbs and bake in a preheated oven (180 gr) until ready, for 10 minutes.
