Cooking method
First we make the dough.Beat sour cream with sugar, add softened butter, then extinguish the soda with vinegar and put it in the mixture. Sift the flour directly into the mixture and mix everything well. Divide the dough in half, add 3 teaspoons of cocoa to one part and mix. Then we divide the light and dark dough into 3 parts each (these are 6 of our future cakes) and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Then we roll out each cake very thinly and put it in a greased and floured form, while it is necessary to prick the cakes with a fork in many places, and put them in the oven. After baking, let the cakes cool down.
Make a cream: beat sour cream with powdered sugar and add chopped walnuts.Peeled nuts I roll out with a rolling pin for dough, and cut very large ones with a knife. I do this on purpose, because it's very tasty when you eat a cake and you don't come across the dust from a nut, but a small piece of a nut.
We begin to assemble the cake, alternating dark and light cakes, there should be a light cake on top. We layer all the cakes with cream, except the top one. We cook the chocolate glaze and pour it over the top cake.Rub 4 teaspoons of cocoa with 4 tablespoons of sugar and brew with 4 tablespoons of milk for 10 minutes. The glaze is ready.
Then it's up to the decoration, I usually use the remains of chopped walnuts and raspberries (if, of course, the season). Now we put the cake in the refrigerator, it should be well soaked. If I'm expecting guests on Saturday evening, then by Friday evening the cake should be ready and installed in the refrigerator. I wish you good luck and bon appetit!
