Put the fillets one by one on the work surface, cover with a film and beat off. Chop mushrooms and capers with a knife, mix. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the onion and garlic; cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the onion to the mushroom mixture. Season with chervil. Put the minced meat on the fillet, roll it up. Wrap each fillet tightly in a film, put it in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then take it out, remove the film and thinly slice it across. Serve with sour cream.
