For the roll, pre-process the rabbit thigh (carcass weight 2-3 kg), remove the bones.

Put the fillets on the table, cover with cling film, chop off and transfer to foil. Season with salt and pepper. Put the filling in a thin layer, prunes on it. Wrap the rabbit in a tight roll, pack it tightly in foil.
Bake in the oven at 120 ° C, 1.5 hours.
At this time, for the sauce, cut the onion and sweet pepper (without partitions and seeds) into medium pieces. Fry with vegetable oil, 7-10 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for another 5-7 minutes . Add ketchup, salt. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Transfer to a blender, grind until smooth, wipe through a sieve.
Remove the roll from the foil, cut in half. Arrange on serving plates. Serve with sauce and potatoes.
