Step 1:
Boil the champignons in salted water, put them in a colander and let the water drain.
Step 2:
Chop the mushrooms. You can do it with a blender, cut it with a knife or pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 3:
Peel onion and pepper, finely chop. Put out with vegetable oil or in a small amount of mushroom broth.
Step 4:
Combine chopped mushrooms with stewed vegetables. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5:
Add 2 eggs, breadcrumbs.
Step 6:
Mix all the ingredients well again. The mushroom stuffing is ready.
Step 7:
Fry cutlets in a frying pan in vegetable oil or steamed. It can be baked in the oven (20-30 minutes at 180 *). The cutlets should be browned on both sides. That's all.We proceed to the tasting. The side dish can be any: boiled rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables. Mushroom cutlets are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
