Step 1:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks together with salt, pepper, chopped spinach and cream. Add egg whites tightly beaten to the mass.
Step 2:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Pour out the mass, level with a layer of about ½ - 1 cm. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees C for 20 minutes . A firm, golden crust should appear. Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
Step 3:
Mix cottage cheese with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and finely chopped fresh basil. Spread the mixture on the cooled layer and put the slices of fish in one layer and gently roll up into a tight roll, lightly pressing with your hands. Wrap the finished roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Before serving, unwrap and cut into portions.
