Step 1:
Put the shortbread dough in a mold and send it to a well-heated oven for 5 minutes. At this time, prepare the products: grate the cheese, cut the smoked chicken and bell pepper into identical cubes, chop the onion and chili pepper.
Step 2:
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Put half of the grated cheese, chicken and vegetables on the bottom, sprinkle the remaining cheese and finely chopped cilantro on top.
Step 3:
Beat the eggs with low-fat cream, salt and spices.
Step 4:
