Step 1:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Grate carrots on a medium grater, squeeze garlic through a press. Wash the mushrooms, peel, cut into cubes. Fry the mushrooms in oil, add onions, carrots, garlic, spices, mix and fry under a lid on low heat for 10 minutes. Add sour cream, hold on the stove for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, adding salt, milk, yolk. Grease the baking sheet with oil, put the puree in the form of separate nests with a recess in the center. Put the mushroom filling in the center of each nest. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3:
