Cooking method
Soak chickpeas overnight. In the morning, drain the water, rinse the chickpeas, pour new water and cook for half an hour. Then flip it into a colander.
Put boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, spices, garlic in a bowl. Cumin and cardamom seeds should be crushed in a mortar. Chop everything in a blender to get a homogeneous minced meat. Mix finely chopped dill into the minced meat.
Form chickpea cutlets with wet hands and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 15 minutes. Serve chickpea cutlets hot.
