Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
For the sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, beat everything.
Add milk or cream and beat again.
Add spices to taste, whipped yolks and beat again, then add grated cheese (you can leave a tablespoon for sprinkling) and put on fire, heat until the cheese melts. Pour the pasta sauce and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, or until a crust appears. After that, you can sprinkle the finished pasta with the remaining cheese.
