Cooking method
In a bowl, pour the brine and sunflower oil, add sugar to them, mix. Mix the soda with flour. Pour our mixture of butter and brine into the flour, mix thoroughly. When the dough is ready, roll out a 0.5 cm thick cake from it. We cut out cookies. Spread on a baking sheet, greased with oil, or covered with parchment paper. Bake at t 180° for 15'. When the top of the cookies is slightly browned, the cookies are ready! Bon appetit!
