Peel potatoes, wash them. We put it to cook, do not forget to add salt. As soon as the potatoes become soft, drain the water, knead, add oil. From flour, water, salt, sugar and butter, knead the dough, leave for 20 minutes. Thinly roll out the dough, cut out tortillas ≈ 20 cm in diameter. We put the frying pan on the fire, bake the tortillas in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. The finished tortillas are folded under a towel. We put one on a plate. On one side we put the mashed potatoes, fold in half, press, remove the excess. Grease the top with oil.
