Step 1:
Necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Beat soft butter, egg and powdered sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3:
Add cocoa, vanilla. Add flour and starch. Knead the dough.
Step 4:
The dough should be soft, but not sticky.
Step 5:
Line the baking sheet with foil. Form balls the size of walnuts from the dough. Bake for 15 minutes, in the middle of the oven at t = 200 * C, preheating it.
Step 6:
After they cool down, sprinkle some with powdered sugar. And the other part is cocoa. Garnish with grated bitter chocolate.
Recipe from a German cookbook. It is recommended to let them stand for two days. It was not possible to check more than once, the cookie "disappears" much faster. Bon appetit to all.
