Step 1:
To start, sift the flour. Add powdered sugar to it.
Step 2:
Then peel, egg yolks, softened butter. Mix it up. The dough should become elastic and homogeneous, for which it will have to be kneaded for about 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Roll the dough into sausage and cut into small pieces 0.8-1 cm thick.
Step 4:
Put baking paper on a baking sheet, with dough circles on top. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 10 minutes.
