Cooking method
Take a convenient dish and mix flour, sugar and baking powder in it.
In another mix sour cream, egg and vegetable oil.
Add a mixture of flour, sugar and baking powder to the resulting mass.
The resulting dough resembles thick sour cream in density.
Add softened raisins and a small amount of lemon zest to our dough.
We take the cupcake molds and lubricate them with oil.
Pour the dough into molds and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Our cupcakes are ready, you can serve them with tea.
