Step 1:
Products needed to complete the recipe.
Step 2:
Put eggs in a deep bowl, add sugar, mix.
Step 3:
With a whisk or electric mixer, beat the egg-sugar mixture until it increases in volume by 3 times.
Step 4:
Pour into a separate bowl the hazelnuts, previously ground in a coffee grinder to the state of coarse flour.
Step 5:
Add sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder to the hazelnuts. Then mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6:
Add the nut-flour mixture to the egg-sugar mixture in 3 stages, stirring very carefully from top to bottom each time. Make sure that there are no lumps left.
Step 7:
After adding the nut-flour mixture, the future dough will settle a little.
Step 8:
Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
Step 9:
While the dough is baking, break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath, stirring with a spatula. Cool the chocolate to room temperature.
Step 10:
Meanwhile, chop the waffles into crumbs. For this cake, it is better to take waffles with milk, chocolate or nut filling.
Step 11:
Add Nutella chocolate paste at room temperature to the cooled melted chocolate, mix thoroughly.
Step 12:
Here, in the chocolate mixture, add the whipped butter at room temperature.
Step 13:
Mix the chocolate-butter mixture until smooth. The cream is ready.
Step 14:
Cut the cooled cake into 2 or 3 cakes, smear each with cream and sprinkle with waffle crumbs.
Step 15:
Sprinkle the finished cake on the sides and on top with waffle crumbs, decorate the top cake along the edge of the circle with Ferrero Rocher sweets cut into halves. Put the cake in the refrigerator, and get it 30 minutes before serving.
