Step-by-step cooking
300 grams of sugar, 200 grams of coconut chips, a bag of baking powder, table 5.l. flour, 150 ml of milk, a pinch of salt mixed into the dough.
Turn on the oven at 150 degrees to warm up.
Whisk 7 proteins separately.
Add the proteins to the dough, mix gently.
Lubricate the mold with oil, sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough into a mold and bake until light brown.
For cream:
7 yolks + 3 tablespoons.l. flour + a quarter cup of milk - mix everything until smooth.
Boil separately 3/4 cup of milk + 6 table.L. sugar.
Pour the mixture in a thin stream into the yolk mass.
Put everything on the stove and cook, stirring, until thick. No need to boil.
Add vanilla at the end.
Then cool the cream and whisk it with a pack of butter.
We cut the baked cake and coat it with cream.
For glaze:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. And pour them a cake.
Bounty cake should be sprinkled with coconut shavings and decorated as desired.
