Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products are simple.
Step 2:
Mix all the ingredients: flour, condensed milk, eggs, soda, starch, softened butter.
Step 3:
Mix well. We will get a moderately liquid dough like a pancake batter.
Step 4:
Bake thin cakes in a preheated oven at 180g. We cool the cakes and cut them into two parts across (two semicircles will turn out of the cake).
Step 5:
Prepare the cream from butter and condensed milk - whisk in a mixer.
Step 6:
Smear each cake with a layer of cream.
Step 7:
Leave to soak in the cold.
Step 8:
Folding the cake.
Step 9:
Then turn the cakes vertically so that the slice is at the bottom, and such a hemisphere is obtained from above. The edges of the cakes will shine through the cream, and externally it will look like we have a real "log". Once again, we coat it with cream and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 10:
You can sprinkle grated chocolate on top of the cake. The Log cake is very tasty!
