Beat eggs and mayonnaise (1 tbsp. "200g"). Pour the "dough" on a baking sheet and bake at 170C.
Rub the cheese and garlic, mix with mayonnaise and chopped dill.
The "cake" is ready, we take it out of the oven and turn it onto a dish or cutting board, as convenient as possible. We spread our minced meat on it and roll it up (while it is warm).
