Step-by-step cooking
1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead a soft elastic dough.
2. For the filling - defrost the fish, cut off the heads, remove the insides. Whether to clean the bones is up to you. If you are not "floating" small bones in the pie, then do not waste time on it. Wash the fish, add salt and pepper to taste. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
3. For filling, beat the eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Roll out the dough and put it in a mold (I have a round one), make a side. Put the onion on the dough, put the fish on top, pour the filling (butter) and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at a temperature of 200 gr. until ready. It took me 45 minutes. Let the cake cool well. Cut and enjoy.
p.s. They say very tasty pies with stuffing are made from such dough. I think you can try pizza. This dough does not harden for a long time.
