Lightly fry almonds in a dry frying pan, chop in a blender.
Beat egg whites into a strong foam, add sugar in parts. Beat it up. Add lemon juice or vinegar.
Add chopped almonds.

Put an almond nut on each cookie.
Put the cookies in a preheated oven to 150 degrees, reduce the temperature to 100 degrees.
