Puffs stuffed with pumpkin and nuts

Step-by-step cooking
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, add sugar, chopped nuts to it, mix everything.
Defrost the dough, let it stand a little. After rolling out into a layer. We cut it into rectangles.
Then we cut these rectangles at the edges (look at the photo).
We put the filling in the center, and connect the corners above it.
Put the stuffed puffs on a baking sheet covered with paper. Top the puffs with beaten egg.
Bake everything for about 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees.
