Cooking eggplant caviar (according to your favorite recipe).

Cut the baguette into pieces, lubricate each with olive oil and place it in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 15 minutes, turning it over once.
We spread caviar on each piece (you can replace it with homemade adjika).
On top - pieces of bacon (salami). Croutons are decorated with parsley.
