To begin with, boil buckwheat in three glasses of salted water, and then fill it with butter in the finished form. To make the porridge more crumbly, it's a good idea to pre-fry it in a frying pan without oil. After cooking the chicken fillet (also in salted water). To make it faster, the chicken can be cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into small cubes and send it to a frying pan with vegetable oil to fry until light brown. Add chopped porcini mushrooms to the onion (you can fresh, pickled or salted). Fry for about three minutes, stirring constantly, and spread the boiled chicken. Salt to taste, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Keep on low heat until the mushrooms are ready, and then pour sour cream into them (half a cup). Simmer for another two minutes, until the sour cream gurgles. We take a refractory mold, smear it with oil, put exactly half of our porridge on it, sprinkle cheese grated on a coarse grater on top. We spread all the mushroom toasting in sour cream, to which we send the second part of buckwheat porridge. Separately, beat the eggs, add sour cream to them (one glass), mix well and pour the whole casserole with the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese again. And now our food is sent to the oven until it is ready.
