Let me show you an extremely delicious culinary recipe for a multi–layered casserole of German cuisine, which is a pleasure in itself to cook. You feel like an artist behind a canvas.
We wash the eggplants, peel them, cut them into thin circles. We take any heat-resistant form with very high walls, but at least round, even rectangular. The bottom of it is thoroughly coated with vegetable oil and spread a layer of chopped eggplants. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with various aromatic spices. Cut the onion into thin half-rings and cover the eggplant layer with them. Squeeze the mayonnaise out of the mayonnaise pack and draw a mesh on the onion and eggplant from it. Cut the smoked sausage into small cubes and spread a layer of it on top of the mayonnaise. We grate raw carrots on a coarse grater and pour it on the sausage. Again we draw a mayonnaise grid. We cut fresh tomatoes into circles, put them in a mold and squeeze out a grid of mayonnaise. We repeat everything, starting with eggplants. Grate the cheese and cover the entire surface of the casserole with it. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Our casserole with sausage should be baked for at least half an hour.
