Step-by-step cooking
This simple casserole is cooked very quickly. I got her cooking recipe from a blog of a lover of delicious and healthy food.
To begin with, boil the peeled potatoes, and then puree them with the addition of milk and butter. Defrost all frozen vegetables. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We take a convenient rectangular baking dish, smear the bottom with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (or flour) and spread minced meat (you can take any minced meat: chicken, pork, beef or veal), but not all, but half. We only need to cover the bottom of the mold. We put spinach on the minced meat, then green peas, then mashed potatoes. Repeat the whole procedure again. At the very end, sprinkle our casserole liberally with grated cheese. Yes, one more thing: each layer laid out must be salted (the exception may be mashed potatoes – it is better to salt it during cooking). And, of course, we do not salt the cheese. In the oven, our food should be baked for about twenty minutes over moderate heat.
