Step-by-step cooking
Immediately take a baking dish, at the bottom of which we throw the hamburger buns torn into pieces (we do it with our hands). Let it stand, and we'll do the cooking. So, cut the onion into small cubes, throw it into a frying pan with oil and fry for about one minute, stirring. Add the sausages cut into beautiful circles. And we continue to fry for at least ten minutes. Sausages should be covered with a crust. Separately, we drive eggs into a bowl, beat them with a whisk, add milk, pour salt and ground black pepper. We also put sausages fried with onions here. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the parsley finely and put everything in the total mass (we put only half of the cheese). Pour the finished mixture into a form with buns. Pour carefully so that the buns do not scatter to the sides. Sprinkle the second part of the grated cheese on top. We put it in the oven and keep it in it until the eggs are properly baked, and the cheese on top is covered with a golden crust. The food is served to the table hot or warm.
