Step-by-step cooking
We begin the preparation of beer cookies by sifting the flour thoroughly and then pouring it into a large container. On top of the flour, we rub cold (preferably taken from the freezer) margarine for baking on a medium grater. Now we mix all our mass and then add about 100 grams of warm beer to it and very quickly and thoroughly knead the elastic, prepared, roll it into a layer about 5-7 millimeters thick, sprinkle it on top with coarse table salt (or granulated sugar, if you wish) and cut out cookies with baking molds. After that, we spread the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until ready. After this time, our beer snack is ready! Bon appetit to you and your guests!
