To do this, beat the egg whites until thick. After that, add powdered sugar, melted butter, sifted flour to this foam and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Now we leave our mass to infuse for 10-15 minutes. We start baking cookies. To do this, we drip our dough in one corner of the baking sheet and in the opposite, level it into a flat cake with a diameter of 7-8 centimeters and send the cookies into the oven for 5-7 minutes. Predictions, cut into thin paper ribbons, put on cookies, fold them tightly twice, then twice more, but not so tightly. Then we put all the ready-made cookies on a dish and serve them to the table.
