Now add the sifted flour and baking powder to the mass and knead the elastic dough. After that, we wrap the resulting dough in a clean bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to approach. After this time, we take out the dough and roll it into a layer about 4-5 millimeters thick. Now sprinkle the dough liberally with granulated sugar. Then we cut out cookies from the dough layer with curly molds and spread them on a greased baking sheet. After that, put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 25 minutes.
